Cheryl Adams is a multidisciplinary executive and strategic advisor whose career bridges business transformation, social impact, and leadership development. As the Founder and CEO of GUIDE LLC, she has built a reputation for helping organizations thrive at the intersection of purpose and performance—aligning mission driven goals with scalable financial and operational systems.

With a background spanning finance, M&A advisory, nonprofit development, and organizational turnaround, Cheryl has led numerous restructuring, acquisition, and growth initiatives across sectors including hospitality, healthcare, education, and government contracting. Her strategic expertise and people centered leadership have positioned her as a trusted advisor to executives, founders, and community leaders seeking to create sustainable, measurable impact.

Cheryl's approach is grounded in her belief that leadership is not just about building organizations—but about cultivating ecosystems of growth. Lehua Wright

Lehua Wright is a highly accomplished and results oriented executive with over 15 years of experience leading high impact initiatives across nonprofit management, sports apparel, federal contracting, and digital strategy. A master of execution and a champion of community, Lehua blends strategic thinking with hands on leadership to drive success across diverse industries.

As Executive Director of the Hawai'i International Polo Association, Lehua managed $1M+ in annual budgets, led major fundraising campaigns, and implemented meaningful community giveback programs. She also served as General Manager of the Association's equestrian polo brand—overseeing athlete development, inventory, and apparel production—while executing detailed project plans that brought efficiency and vision to life.

Previously, Lehua held senior roles at DAWSON Companies, where she supervised teams of up to 25 across multiple states, managed complex projects totaling $5M, and oversaw the founder's $20 million real estate and equine portfolios. She led office expansions, rebranding initiatives, and executed high profile grand openings—balancing logistics, creativity, and operational precision with ease.

Earlier in her career, she served as Associate Director at Hawaiian Native Corp, the nonprofit arm of DAWSON Companies, leading $5M in community focused programming and driving cultural and organizational transformation. Her work reinforced her deep commitment to impactful, culturally rooted community engagement.

Lehua is also the owner of a long standing, community based yoga studio in Honolulu, founded in 2011. Her small business reflects her passion for wellness, mindfulness, and accessible community spaces—values that inform her holistic approach to leadership and organizational development.

Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for Erased No More, an organization advocating for justice and visibility for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and People (MMIW/P), and on the Board of Kīnā'ole, guiding the growth and performance of multiple 8(a) subsidiaries.

Lehua brings deep expertise in marketing, communications, and digital strategy, with a proven record of leading successful campaigns across both for profit and nonprofit sectors. Known for her clarity, collaboration, and commitment to progress, she is driven by the simple mantra: "Progress Always."
